Polish WiFi is an innovative and cheap way to provide Internet connection which enables un unlimited 4G or 4G+ Wi-Fi- internet access in Poland territory. It works like any other Wi-Fi hotspot - but it's personal and fits in your pocket.
For device 4G/LTE:
A fully charged battery lasts around 6 hours while in use. We recommend you to charge it every night. The device can be charged via the USB adapter or a wall adapter (both cables included).
For device 4G+/LTE+:
A fully charged battery lasts around 10 hours while in use. We recommend you to charge it every night. The device can be charged via the USB adapter or a wall adapter (both cables included).
If you needed, you can add an external battery to your booking card. Our external battery will add another 6 hours to the battery life.
1. We can deliver Polish WiFi to address located in Poland. You can choose your most convenient option: hotel, office, B&B (Airbnb), apartment or a friend’s address.
2. Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our collection points called Paczkomaty Inpost. It's verysimple andconvenient way ofreceipt the shipment-availableall day. Instructions of usingPaczkomatyare availablehere.
3. We can also collect Polish WiFi to the nearest Post Office called Poczta Polska. Places of Polish Post Office are availablehere(websitein Polish).

Yes it is, however, our network partners impose us fair usage policies that we need to respect.
For device 4G/LTE:
If you use more than 100GBper month, we may have to reduce your speed to 1 Mb/s. Once you reach the limit, the connection speed will be reduced, but you will still be able to use your Polish WiFi and connect to the internet.
For device 4G+/LTE+:
If you use more than 200GB per month, we may have to reduce your speed to 5 Mb/s. Once you reach the limit, the connection speed will be reduced, but you will still be able to use your Polish WiFi and connect to the internet.
After the limit is reached, for an additional fee, we can increase the limit in full speed by 30GB, 100GB or 200GB depending on the device.
1. Return by Polish Post Office
You use the self-addressed prepaid envelope we provide. You just have to find local post office name Poczta Polska, and easlly send it back to us before leaving. Post offices are generally open from 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday. Some offices are open on Saturday until 2:00pm. Just give the envelope to post office employee and take with you stamp confirmation. If not, ask the hotel receptionist if he or she can take the package and give it to the mail carrier.

Before the end of the rental period, you will receive a return code from us by SMS and mail, which must be put on the return envelope provided by us. 4. Return by courier
You will get prepaid envelope with waybill to return the package. Take the package to the nearest DPD pickup point, or we will send a courier to You or hotel address.
5. From elsewhere
You can’t use our signed envelope and you have to do it at your own expense. Please visit a local post office and ask for priority tracked parcel to Poland. This shipment method must be paid for by the customer.

The cost of returning a device from outside the European Union is the responsibility of the customer - if you return a router from outside the EU, you are responsible for the customs fees.
Remember! For any complaints regarding the late fees the customer must provide the confirmation of the return of device to Polish WiFi to ensure that the device was sent back as the customer claims.
